We truly believe that at the appropriate level, most individuals can benefit from an increase in physical activity and the 99p Fitness Adaptive Online Personal Training Programme is a brilliant and inclusive place to start.

This programme has been developed with an open mindset and we have worked hard to ensure all levels of adaptations are provided to suit every fitness level, however we are always willing to collaborate and learn how to make the exercises more accessible if and when needed.

Adaptive Fitness

Adaptive Fitness is the ability deliver individual specific exercise programs to cater for the needs and requirements regardless of ability.

With over two decades experience delivering fitness programs both in person and online, from the outset our philosophy has been one of inclusivity and accessibility.

No matter the level of fitness or individual circumstances, there is a place for every body at 99p FITNESS.

In this time we have worked extensively with organisations such as London Sport, MenCap, British Blind Sport, Sense as well as a large number of individual clients living with ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Amputations, Adult Learning Difficulties, Visual and Hearing Impairments and complete beginners wanting or needing to start their fitness journey.

The 99p FITNESS online exercise programmes contain workouts with every level of adaptation to suit all individuals and groups. This work is constantly evolving so if there are additional elements that are required we will work to provide and adapt the content further.
