  • CAN I JOIN THE WEEKLY ONLINE FITNESS CLASS AS WELL?

    Yes, 100%. In fact I would absolutely say you should join one of the weekly ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES. It’s a great way to meet with other people and also stay motivated and for £9.99 per month it’s a great way to get more out of your Fitness. Just pick the class that best works for you, subscribe and I will see you next time.

  • CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON?

    ABSOLUTELY! On my Contact Page you can send me an email to discuss anything you need with regards to your fitness journey.

  • HOW IS MY PAYMENT TAKEN?

    It is so easy to set up your payment. Simply add your credit or debit card details at check out and we will take care of the rest.

    *Understanding that using a credit or debit is not available to Everyone please send an email via the contact page so discuss alternative options.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions at anytime, however as the subscription runs yearly you would still have access to my Online Personal Training for the remainder of the year.

  • I'M NEW TO EXERCISE. HOW DO I START?

    As I always say, these programmes are suitable for Every Body regardless of Ability or Disability. I provide a Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced version of every work out so should hopefully cater for every level. However if you feel that you have specific requirements that I could include please send an email and I will do my best to add some content.

  • AM I FIT ENOUGH TO START EXERCISING?

    I believe there is barely a person on planet earth that would not benefit from an increase in activity. However, just to be on the safe side once you have subscribed I will ask you a couple of medical questions just to make sure the programme is suitable for you. It probably will be, however there maybe a few adaptations needed to make sure you are getting the best from your workouts.

  • I'VE SIGNED UP. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

    Once I have received your details and confirmation of your subscription we will send you an email with a medical questionnaire. Fill these in as accurately as possible and send them back as instructed. Once I have this your details will be looked at by myself. You will then be sent your monthly programme card and a log in code for the members area.

  • I HAVE A DISABILITY. IS THIS FOR ME?

    Yes, 100%! I have tried to cover all levels of Ability within my programmes however if you would like to talk about your current fitness level please book an appointment with me via my subscriptions page.

  • DO YOU ONLY TRAIN PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

    No, my aim is to make fitness accessible for Every Body regardless of Ability or Disability so have created these programmes with every level of fitness in mind.

  • DOES ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING REALLY WORK?

    Absolutely Yes!

    I was recently asked if ‘Personal Training in person is better and I replied ‘Training in Person’ is different. I have been teaching fitness ONLINE since the start of 2020 and have had some amazing results with clients that were based hundreds and in some cases thousands of miles away. If you want that extra push sign up for my weekly online group classes you will benefit from this experience too.

  • DOES RICHARD TAKE ON 121 CLIENTS?

    Currently I am not taking on any more 121 Personal Training Clients as my core focus is recording new content for you each month. However if you want to train with me in person sign up to one of my weekly live classes and we can work out together.
